David Coyne, Anthony Kiernan and Terrence Ransted.

These guys need to be contacted if we believe there is a risk of MY walking. I have sent an email to the company requesting details of the coming AGM and the process and dates for putting questions / resolutions to the meeting.

I will attend in WA if required.

From 2011 Annual Report:
Mr Michael Young (Managing Director)
Term of Agreement - 2 years commencing 1 July 2009.
Agreement - Base salary, inclusive of statutory superannuation of $443,013 to be reviewed annually on 31 December (or such other times as agreed).
Termination – The Group has the right to terminate the Agreement upon three months notice.

MY has extended his tenure past the expiry of the above 2 year term which ended on 1/7/2011.

The next Annual Report should outline how long he has committed for, if at all (may be a loose arrangement?).

Any holders that believe MY can make the SP rise ought to be the biggest backers of all. No one can do that!

SP is stuck due to the tight register and lax rules around manipulation.
