i posted on general thread a few days ago that we should all vote no for the renumeration report on most companies - too many rorts alright - it may cause some consternation next year and that is the idea - make them think twice before issueing themselves lots of shares for no risk
i like the one about "to align the ceo's interests more with shareholders" - often the ceo aleady has millions dollars worth of shares, and besides, who pays the salary?
