    Hear,hear dear sir,its about time all shareholders stood up to attend their agm,s,to protest against all this largesse,as you elegantly put it.pERFORMANCE RIGHTS,are you bloody kidding.All these mongrels ie simpson & co, are doing is diluting our shareholding while raping th company at the same time.I have been a large supporter of pen for 6-7yrs & have had a gutfull,im out,good luck to you all
