Hi,
Does forcing a conditional resolution to hold Directors election give shareholders the opportunity to pressure the directors in changing the remuneration package?
Managing Director, Senior Executives and Board Directors appear to be a self-serving club. They appear to do well even when the company performs poorly for the financial year.
The fixed remuneration part appears to be payment for attending the work premises.
The STI and LTI is a form of blackmail money, to actually perform the duties that they were employed for.
Would any other employee get away with this type of attitude?
The remuneration package should be structured along the line where the managing team proves that they have faith their own abilities. They need to lose what is theirs currently and not future possessions or rewards.
