    The 25% threshold means jack now. Go back and reread the legislation. If we wanted to apply this rule, we needed to do it this year to cause a change in 2014. The only way to do it next year now is by a majority vote. That's not going to happen.

    That's the problem with the APG shareholders - they're too reactive rather than being proactive. Too many geologists and retirees and not enough real investors.
