remuneration report, page-2

i'm not too shocked at the remuneration report being voted down and i expect this will be a much broader thing across the entire market.

What DOES shock me is resolution 4. The gift of 900,000 options at a strike price of 24.5 cents. this equates to another $90,000 (assuming a closing price of 34.5)

Can someone explain to me why the strike price is 10 cents BELOW the current market price and NOT 10 cents higher!

Gee i wish my boss would give me hurdles like that!
