It would take a miracle for NTC to start earning decent money. For 20 years they just had misses after missed business activity, but of course directors always get paid : from YOUR money (but not from mine any more - I shifted all $ from NTC to those who actually pay dividends). Shareholders recently had some luck when NTC price went up due to BS announcements. But I doubt it will last much longer - first signs of price collapse are evident already.
