Salary figures for DPJS show extremely excessive payment compared to company performance. Effectively his salary is ~ the same as whole company's profit ! So it seems he runs NTC as if it was his own. They never cared about shareholders. But I must admit - they are in very difficult environment and competition is huge. Somehow they failed to sell their know-how though.
