My anger was partly related to the excessive renumeration but even more so by the fact the board and management didn't consider for one minute shareholders may be a little peeved at the $1M for you, $1M for us policy. To overlook this give's me no confidence in the board or management as if this is how they go about their business I don't want to know about them. When I confronted Ken, the CFO with a direct question whic I thought would be more that capable of answering it was dissappointing he suggested I raise the question at the AGM. I like the prospects of NTC, it's a great story, but I'm concerned of managements ability to monetise the opportunity and even more concerned with the "one for you, one for me" policy if they do monetise the opportunities
