Resolution 7, is an increase from $300,000 to $750,000.
This is the aggregate that is paid to all non-executive directors. From my reading the increase is more in line with getting more people on the board rather than huge pay rises; albeit pay rises would be on the agenda.

Mick Muir was paid $63,220 (inc super excluding options).
Ian Kowalick was paid $45,780 (inc super excluding
options).

I think the issue of options is more relevant than salaries.
