A 5 year fixed term contract...

If his contract is terminated for any reason other than C. McCrae withdrawing his services he is entitled to be paid the balance of the term of his contract.

When shareholders ask themselves if management really do have shareholders best interests at heart, have a think if you were in their position. If you ran a company which has destroyed shareholder wealth by more than halving the SP do you think giving yourself a 100 % increase in salary would be justified?
