A very good and balanced post. And as for the AGM's votes, I am of the idea that the reason I am still holding CDU is because I want to use my votes to stop these remuneration packages on their tracks. When is enough..enough, lol..??

Unless of course he will pull a trump card out before the AGM and get the sp to where it was before the 60% drop in value, I will then reconsider my position.

As to why C. McCrae is commanding such a huge emolument, plus of course all the ope, if any, is totally beyond me.
