In 2012/2013 executive salaries increased by 35% and the number of senior executives doubled from 4 to 8. With the sp trading sideways, or worse for a year many shareholders have made nothing or lost money. The well paid directors and managers of Club Senex need to do more, a lot more to grow the company. And while the sp is not delivering value they should be taking a cut in their salaries, not padding them. As to why they needed to double the senior executives, that should be explained and justified. Time for the executives to deliver for shareholders not just themselves.
