The FAR EGM to vote on the WPL sale is scheduled for 18 February. Given FAR mgt has to post to its shareholders the voting details for the EGM etc, by say 11 Feb (ie one week prior to EGM) - then if Remus are serious about a tilt at FAR, I would image that they would need to declare their interest early next week.
Getting to the pointy end now - I wonder if it will be Remus - or Ream Us
