The timeline is getting way way too tight.
Between the days from the 6th to 18th of February, of which only 9 days are business days, FAR have to:
FAR haven't got the best record with most things - can they do all the above in 9 business days?
- Find out what Remus are doing
- Get final legal and corporate advice regarding final binding offer
- Accept/reject the Remus offer
- Organise printing/posting of voting papers
- Printing/posting of voting papers to then occur, although printing wont commence immediately
- Australia Post then to distribute voting papers across Australia
- Shareholders receive papers and pop back in the mail over days
- Australia Post to deliver back to FAR
- Get votes counted
Unless something happens Monday morning then I suspect FAR are going to have to delay the vote again and the circus will continue on.
