Imo, there is no legal case, if there was, the major SHs would have already embarked on that course. It's simply a matter of management performance and delivery ... SH meetings are the venue for holders to vent their thoughts on such matters. I voted "against" at the last AGM. And if given the opportunity at the EGM, I'll be voting in favour of a T/O.
