Not an expert on how this all works, but I would think that the meeting convened for the 18th is purely to vote on the sale to WPL. If a binding Remus offer materialises - even on the 17th - SH could consider voting down the WPL sale, and then sort out the Remus approval at a later meeting, or better still, wait for the bidding war.
