It is probably just a bigger picture indicator, and somewhat distorted by the lithium bubble ATM, but there just aren't many others.
At least they have maintained some confidence in Lynas, and recently added c15%, I'd guess they'd consider the unique leverage as investable, timing into the next RE cycle obviously critical, nano tech could render it the last.
