I don't know the answer, but I suspect it is an estimate or anticipated price based on information provided to/obtained by whoever is responsible for updating the site.
As far as I understand the IPO offering price is the price agreed between the company and the underwriter. What the shares sell for on the open market will determine the opening price. Thus the IPO offering price could be $13.06 and the opening price whatever the market will pay. So I don't understand what is misleading about this.
The company announcements should provide all the info needed to make a decision to buy, sell or hold at this point IMO.
Just take a look at the market cap, $27 for BNTC still looks very cheap to me.
