Agreed, Maxineamillion - everyone should take a deep breath and wait for some news from BMO Capital Markets (the sole bookrunner) or from Maxim Group or Roth Capital Partners (Lead and Co-Manager respectively) or from Benitec.
My guess is that Benitec had an agreement in place to set the price based on the closing price for the common shares last Friday. I believe the roadshow to U.S. investors will drum up a lot of interest and intentions to purchase will be expressed. But if the deal is done and the $65USD has been committed, then the brokers have taken the risk that the IPO may flop, but they receive the reward for any premium achieved.
I just believe that by the end of August 2015, all shares issued in Benitec will be selling well above $1.00A. Good luck everyone.
