    Exactly Max, hope the current one is big enough.

    The price being quoted on for the IPO is the current five day VWAP. I wonder if there is a discount to be structured in???

    Any discount will get get soaked up immediately and will not affect the SP for long. The 5/8 date could easily be the end of July (end of roadshow) plus five days to get a current VWAP...... Hey presto the IPO date is 5/8. It might not start trading that day though.
