Very true! if I had that information I probably would trade on it. hahahhaha. But I dont. When someone is in a position of power, human instinct is to take advantage of it.
The point is that they are all criminals. HIH, Onetel, Insider traders. Its only because they have come to light that people kick up a fuss. Insider trading is rampant.
Its catching those big perpetrators which may deter others from acting.
But I am living in a fantasy world! I know. hahahahaha. This wont ever happen, because as you rightly point out ... greed will always be there.

Well, Rene is a smart guy and I doubt if he didnt know the people in the Top 20 of his company. He is maticulous in his research and analysis (I admit he is a excellent analyst). Otter has been a top 20 since the beginning of RFS, so she hasnt just popped up out of the blue.
