Looking at this line from the shareholder update:

"Niger Delta –Negotiations ongoing with decision likely by end of year."

After todays annoucement, with the trigger of negiotations on the Niger Delta permit, you might say the odds of getting a decision/announcement on this before xmas would have shortened dramitically!

The opening of this door and swiftly moving through has found us with another open door....to the Niger Delta permit. The question is, how many more doors will be opened to CVI?
