Liquid Nitrogen is 5 x heavier than liquid Helium so comparing litre for litre is not accurate, hence is not an economically viable solution for remote regions such as Sth East Asia and Africa, cost of logistics would kill the Nitrogen discussion. Also, using nitrogen you want a high heat of vaporisation – not the case in helium.
In helium you want heat transfer in gas phase so you don’t damage the vaccine, and helium beats nitrogen hands down.
