I honestly don't think Renergens Cyrovacc is going to be used in Africa
By the looks of it he is going with Dry-ice cooling

Health Minister also said other options were being explored given the shortage of specialised Freezers, He said "The Pfizer vaccine is stored at -70°c and this does require specialised freezers. There is limited availability of these specialised freezers commercially, however, we have been able to access these freezers from universities" .
