This was happening in the $1 - $1.20 range for about 8 months.
Whomever is doing it is doing it to accumulate.
When they want her to run it will go bonkers. 4 or 5 announcements in the next couple of months will turbo charge things.
Then holders will need to decide on whether to take their 100% and find the next runner or hold for multiple gains in the next 12-18 months.
