On 25 August 2022, Renergen formed a new wholly owned subsidiary, Cryovation Proprietary Limited(“Cryovation”), to hold its Cryovacc TM business. A description of the Cryovation operations is provided onpage 20 of this report.

Cryovation, a new wholly owned subsidiary of Renergen, formed on 25 August 2022, developed theground-breaking Cryo-Vacc TM technology, which enables the safe transportation of vaccines andbiologics at extremely low temperatures without the need for electrical power. The Cryovationbusiness model is undergoing refinement and further development with insights from experts fromvarious fields with the intention of exploring several modifications that will improve the overall conceptand operational performance to enhance its appeal for the more niche biologics and gene-therapymarket internationally.
These Cryovacc sales can't be far off....
