Given this is a low volume stock I think it would only take a few million bought here for arbitrage to equalise any discrepancy between nasdaq and jse or asx. Given the raise is for say $200M to add a $1B asset plus future earnings i wouldn't be surprised if nasdaq listed for $2.50 - $3.00 or $2.30 at the lowest end. It could be higher if it wasn't for the crappy trading in the last 6 months
