OHH this explains his attitude and attempts to scare shareholders out of their position it's because he is shorting it and the more it falls the more money he makes. I'm pretty sure you can sue HotCopper and him if you can prove he scared you out of your position at a financial loss from his misinformation. HotCopper moderators not looking into his posts and moderating them timely enough is enough of a consequence that they can be sued for not committing to their policy in protecting their users from such people.
