PE of 6x and P1 is worth like 60M? Not accounting for assets.

As a takeover target significantly more because the takeover operator isn't capital constrained and can exploit the reserves.

So that's like $90M Australian, meaning the market is currently pricing in about $120M Aussie of hope/prayers that the larger project can get off the ground.
