Sounds like a great way to go: @US$30, Renergen will only need to issue 5m ADR at Nasdaq to achieve US$150m IPO target. If the aggregation is 10:1, the total equivalent SOI across three Exchanges (if they are to exit one Exchange or not later is another story) will be 50m (@nasdaq) + 139.5m (REN+RLT to date) ~= 189.5m, a good number to move forward from there imo when all fundings (close to 1b USD) are fully secured.
