I’m sure there are more knowledgeable people who can provide better insight into the implications, but I think it means that a ratio is applied to anyone who owns ADR’s on the Nasdaq when dividends are paid. So yes, we would get a smaller slice of the pie. An ordinary share could be many multiples of an ADR.
