Indeed the HBS is tradable. Selling the initial cache of them should be easy based on current market prices and as long as there is confidence in RLT's ability to deliver. I am interested to know if I can buy the HBS's when they are first released as they offer a decent margin. Once RLT has proven its ability to deliver the HBS's should be trading at the market price. Also certainty around funding for stage 2 would put a rocket under the value of the HBS.
