if one of the tankers start lining up ready to be filled up with helium and they haven't told the market then that's definitely a breach. if they haven't said anything to the market just expect that the helium hasn't been turned on yet... I don't know what the JSE rules are but surely they would be the exact same as insider trading would be way too easy....
