-161.5°C is the temperature to liquify nat gas and cooler at -269°C to liquify helium.
About 95% of the raw gas stream is nat gas (methane) that is then liquefied into LNG and about 3% helium that is liquefied into liquid helium.
So I'd guess most of the plant is for LNG production which is operational and helium production being switched on now with the Chinese OEM onsite you'd envisage.
