@Guts I think they use liquid nitrogen as a temperature shield to keep temperatures low in liquid helium iso containers for transport and they use nitrogen I think as much cheaper than using liquid helium in the shield.
Helium - 4,610kg at 90% fill Nitrogen Shield - 1,310kg at 98% fill
The liquid helium storage tank(s) at the Virginia gas project would have different specs.. Should be able to hold the liquid helium for long periods maybe indefinitely not sure and only once filled to 5000kg + I guess they then get a liquid helium iso container along to fill for transport to the customer
