New Management with experience in the space will......?
- have the experience to anticipate issues as they have done this before
- know when consultants and vendors are bull shtting them as they have done this before
- be proactive as opposed to reactive as they have done this before
- for technical resolutions, think and act more than one step ahead as they have done this before
- not allow the market to be spooked by continual missed delivery as they have done this before
Get someone amazing and pay them a fortune as any wage wouldn't compare to the tens of millions in lost opportunity in the last 3 years.
Note - not saying replace current management, saying supplement current management with experience.
