It's a favourite for people on HC - when the shares are low it's because of price manipulation.
No - it's because management are incompetent and continually miss deadlines, outcomes, and actually producing something to sell.

Jesus wept the happy clapper optimism on this forum is hilarious - there is zero evidence to suggest Stef and Co and going to magically start delivering what they should have delivered years ago. WE ARE AT ALL TIME LOWS.
