I can’t remember if it was Stef speaking in a video or what, but am I right in remembering that the excuse for the change in the company’s announcement frequency was because people were saying/complaining that they were releasing fluff announcements to pump the share price or something along those lines?
Seems a bit strange that anyone without an ulterior motive would complain about that, just makes me wonder if it was our best mate and his crew doing it hoping that the company would change their announcements to be less frequent to allow their fear campaign to have the upper hand. I just don’t see why any shareholder would not want frequent announcements like they used to be, obviously there’s helium issues atm but news on other stuff like drilling results when they happen would be nice instead of only in the quarterly reports!
