Can't be surprised really.
It's the same movie on repeat:
1. Misleading announcement
2. Initial increase in share price
3. Issues/delays soon after
4. Zero helium produced for commercial sale
5. No guidance from management
6. Share price back to lows
It's been like this for years.
At some point everyone needs to recognize it's not market factors, or shorts, or bots, or luck, or unforeseeable circumstances, or the OEM, or the fairies at the bottom of the garden.
It's management incompetence.
