About 123m Renergen shares combined across the ASX and JSE. For comparison I checked out BNL which has 1.233b shares unless even more have now been issued.

Then Renergen has maximum potential of 371bcf of helium versus 23bcf of helium potential for BNL. Then BNL is a pure helium play so misses out on that further revenue potential from natural gas / LNG.

Even if you look at helium alone Renergen's Virginia Project has 16 times the potential of BNL (371bcf v 23bcf). Whilst BNL has ten times the shares on issue versus Renergen (1.233b v 123m)

Just think of the massive difference in potential dividend yield per share down the track.
