The plant looks like it is basically built and already announced LNG operations several few weeks ago. Helium should be imminent going by that and producing before the end of 2022 time will tell.
Phase 2 by 2025? Well Phase One funding from the DFC/OPIC was Aug 2019 and 3 years later its basically built now. Phase Two yes much bigger in scale but the learnings from Phase One can also be applied. Does scale impact lead-time from suppliers not sure.
