I Think Stefano is a great man what he has achieved but i also find him a person with a high attitude and a bit arrogant person who always want to be in the picture and telling how good he is and how good he knows erverything, credit where credit comes but his company is still not doing what is should do, creating revenues and become a huge player in the market, Stefano should focus more on the company and less with politics as where he is more bussy with, imo in his heart he is still/more a banker/politicus than a manager who runs a (junior) company. AIMO (ok, u all can shoot me off)
ps: if i look at IVZ with Scott Macmillan as manager i would not doubt which one to be the CEO of the co
