"...5.72% of the Company’s total issued ordinary share capital..." is circa 7.94m shares (138.8m total SOI (excluding 3m+ options) x 5.72%) especially with the minimal daily trade volumes at asx most of time these years it seemed legit that took them so long to reach that level. I've also been long confused why Shaw has been buying all the time (evident from broker data) yet never a sub-holder notice was issued, now finally.
