I reckon it would have to be a hostile takeover too. I can’t see Stefano rolling over like some ASX CEOs do to get their gravy train sorted. This is his Magnus opus in my view. He wants Phase 2 operational. I may be wrong, but I just can’t see him as a person not doing everything in his power to thwart an offer that does not allow him to achieve this.
Personally, I will take $12 a share. I made that number up based on totally nothing drinking beer in the Sun. But on reflection I think well over a year ago I said I would de risk at $11. So $12 it is.
