I think this morning is a greattime to really summarise what we have here and bring all the facts together forboth current and new investors.
Lets start with the juicy stuff.
We are sitting on the largest Helium concentration in the entire world which has also been verified by a laboratory. I want that to just sink inwith you for a little bit. Let it marinade in your thoughts. Out of the entireworld, Renergen has the best helium concentration.
- Renergen is sitting currently at $246M Market Cap which in the grand scheme of things tells us we are insanely undervalued as we are sitting on $Billions worth of resource from both our Helium and LNG.
- Elon Musk on the lookout for Helium
- 10 year contract signed with supplying Helium for iSi Automotive (working with premium German vehicles)
- We have a renewable resource essentially meaning we have an unlimited supply.
- Our wild card well came back with phenomenal results with a flow rate of more than 200,000 cubic feet per day.
- PFS due in late May or June. I have been seeing this could cause a bidding war between China and USA.
- Our side project Cryovacc is coming to light also, as recently signing a deal with DPD laser

What canwe expect soon?
Within 4 weeks we should be getting results back from the other 2 wellsand then it is onto the PFS which will prove the monetary figure of ourresources.
What’s interesting is that Total was beginning to develop a $20 billiongas liquification plant for the second largest gas reserve in Africa. I don’tknow how many of you have been watching the news but they have just had tosuspend this project indefinitely and may need to find another resource.
Renergen has an onshore LNG resource. Could this possibly be a JointVenture opportunity with Total?
R2D2 The new hole revised coordinate will be renamedR2D2 (to avoid confusion on surface), and will intersect the gas-bearing faultline 150m north of HDR1 and 150m south of MDR5, and is anticipated to reach thebase of the Karoo in the first week of May P010, P012 These are wells beingdrilled by a third drilling contractor, deploying surface rotational drilling.Both wells are progressing well and within timelines, with 4-6 weeks remainingbefore target depths will be achieved (so early May) P2V2 the Company hasdecided to drill P2V2 again from surface deploying the drillers and techniquesfrom P007 Completed wells P007 is a significant blower producing around 200,000scf/d with a helium concentration of 4.38% MDR1 was announced as a blower on11th March 2021 with 164,000 scf/d and a helium content of 3.15%.
