RLT in CNG production, currently drilling @ their Virginia Gas Project - Renergen’s commercial methane gas Reserves are estimated to be 284.18 billion cubic feet (Bcf) at 3P, with methane contingent Resources of between 237.3 Bcf and 684.5 Bcf and methane Prospective Resources of between 640 Bcf and 2069 Bcf. In addition, the Group discovered commercial helium reserves of 6.86 Bcf.
KKO well workover program, is now scheduled for completion by end-January 2021 with first pilot gas to CNG production estimated to commence in Q1/2021. KKO is in advanced discussions for funding of their pilot production field - Independent Appraiser and Certifier Gustavson Associates produced an updated resource report in 2020 according to the VALMIN/PRMS standards which increased the existing (gross) Prospective Resource Gas In Place estimate (GIP) from 2.4 TCF to 9.3 TCF and certified (gross) Contingent Resource (2C) from 1.5 TCF to
4.9 TCF (refer to ASX Announcement 29 July 2020). Aeromag survey data also shows deep basement structures that could be localised conduits for
helium into the overlying Karoo sandstone conventional gas accumulations (refer to ASX Announcement 24 September 2020).
