Not sure that is 100% correct,
The tokens represent helium in the ground and if they sell tokens to raise cash, would that not be selling assets of the company to raise capital?
Its a bit of grey area for me.
I am 100% positive about the tokens and am super happy with the direction just to be clear, I am just not sure it is totally outside ASIC regulations
