Because there are hundreds of thousands of investors in the ASX. Many with the same trading/investment styles. The chances of two appearing on the HC thread of ASX200 company are reasonably high.
Why not just ignore them? Shorters/BOTs feed off responses they generate. Let them shout in an empty room.
