Hydrogen is an amazingly explosive and powerful gas for sure. Much more so than oxygen or nitrogen but not as much as helium..
Hydrogen makes up 75% of the suns mass and sunlight is formed from the nuclear fusion reaction of its fusion into helium, a super explosive high energy high pressure process.
Hydrogen is useful for its thermonuclear fuel isotopes in creating fusion reactors basically nuclear energy, aka the famous hydrogen bomb, see here-

Talk of H power or H energy is basically either talking about EVs using LNG fuel or nuclear/fusion/rocket fuel.
All H cell vehicles are not real H energy or H propulsion systems at all. The Hindenburg & space shuttles were and current space rocket fuel is.
A H energy reactor is basically a nuclear or fusion reactor.

You really need to examine this from a more informed chemical engineering perspective, hydrogen fusion is the process of recreating the explosive power & energy of the sun.

Humanity cannot afford to mess around with the massive power of the sun. Maybe in 1000 years if its still around.
It cant even control carbon dioxide or nuclear disarmament or build EVs for the last 40 years.
